WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES? WHEN DO I GET MY PRODUCT?

Orders can be shipped and fulfilled from multiple distribution centres around the world.

All orders will be dispatched and processed from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. We pride ourselves on having the best customer experience, so we aim to have you together with your order as soon as possible.


HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE MY PRODUCT?

In short, as often as you want/need. As time goes on, you may need to use your neck and back relief products less often.

WILL I GET INSTANT RELIEF?

In most cases, yes! Our products are designed to give you immediate relief after the first day of using any three of our products.

WHERE DOES THE COMPANY OPERATE FROM?

Pain Relief Therapy is Australian Owned & Operated. Our HQ is located out of QLD, Australia and is owned by an ambitious female who is passionate about helping millions of people to eliminate their pain.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUSTRALIAN MADE?

Our Full Body Pillow and Magnetic Sheep Wool Underlay are Australian-made. However, some other products are not yet. We are growing the business and reinvesting the much needed funds into establishing an Australian manufacturing plant, to keep Australians employed and support the Aussie economy. This is our end goal. Your support by purchasing our products, puts us one step closer.
